Refunds and cancellations
These terms apply to purchases made through the Map Machines /alv funnel, operated by Velo Labs Limited. They do not change terms for other Map Machines offers.
$5 access purchase
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund of your $5 access payment within 24 hours of payment. Email support@mapmachines.com with your order email and the purchase you want refunded. No customer acquisition, sales target, campaign launch, or proof of earnings is required.
Optional extras
The $19 setup pack, $47 unlimited cities upgrade, $27 five cities alternative, $97 premium sites upgrade, and $47 premium sites alternative are separate, optional, one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 24 hours of the relevant payment using the same email process. Identify each item you want refunded.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Contact support if a refund has not appeared or you need help identifying your order.
Third-party subscriptions and charges
The required AI builder plan and any other external software, hosting, domains, payment processing, or usage fees are billed separately by the relevant provider. Map Machines cannot cancel or refund those charges. Manage subscriptions directly with each provider under its terms. Refunding Map Machines access does not cancel a third-party subscription.
Your rights
These terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights, including rights for faulty or misdescribed digital services. For a billing problem outside the period above, contact support so we can review it.
